Reporting a security vulnerability

Email security@actingweb.io with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please don't test against other people's accounts or publish details before we have fixed it. We confirm receipt within a few working days. The same contact is published at https://ai.actingweb.io/.well-known/security.txt

Subscriptions and billing

Emm has a free 1-month trial, then a Premium subscription (see current pricing on the Pricing page). You can manage or cancel your subscription:

Web: Settings → Manage Subscription
iOS app: your subscription is managed through the App Store, in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
iOS app: use Restore Purchases in Settings if a purchase does not unlock premium immediately

Subscriptions purchased through the web renew automatically until cancelled; subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are auto-renewable and managed by Apple.

Refunds

Web purchases (Stripe): contact support@actingweb.io
App Store purchases (iOS): Apple handles all App Store refunds directly. We cannot see or issue App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com
